There are lots of historic places to visit, some ideal if it is a rainy day.

An elegant Georgian villa, designed by architect John Nash, walled gardens, farmyard and lake, set in the wooded Aeron valley. Remarkably unaltered for over 200 years.
The villa (house) at Llanerchaeron is the most complete example of John Nash. One of the foremost British architects of the Georgian and Regency eras, Nash designed Llanerchaeron in the 1790s. The house has been carefully planned to encorporate the picturesque views, symmetry and light.

Complete with its own service courtyard (with dairy, laundry, brewery and salting house) the house has remained largely unaltered for hundreds of years.
